Nampa's water emergency line

Nampa (about 120,400 residents, Census 2025 estimate) draws its drinking water from 17 wells in the Snake River Plain aquifer. The city's Waterworks division runs an emergency hotline available 24 hours a day, (208) 468-5860.

If you need the water shut off at the meter, Nampa asks you to call Waterworks rather than doing it yourself: the curb stop valves belong to the city. For irrigation, the city recommends having your own shut-off valve installed in the line.
